Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- bunches green onions, chopped - 2 item
- medium head cabbage, chopped - 1 item
- ground beef, cooked in large pan - 1 lb
- bean sprouts, chopped - 2 c
How to make spring rolls:
Cook ground beef in large pan. Add to the cooked meat bean sprouts, green onions, cabbage, garlic powder and soy sauce. Cook until tender. Cool and drain.Place 2 or 3 tablespoons of filling diagonally on egg roll wrap. Fold lower corner up and over filling; roll snugly halfway to cover filling. Fold in both sides snugly against filling. Moisten top edges; use beaten egg as glue to seal edge. Roll over flap to seal. Lay sealed edge down until ready to cook.
Deep-fry in 350° oil until golden brown, about 2 or 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
