Ingredients/Components
- shortening - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 2/3 c
- jar sharp American cheese** - 1 oz
How to make cheese pennies:
**Pasteurized processed cheese spread with bacon or garlic may also be used. Mix all ingredients in a bowl on medium speed for about 30 seconds.
