  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • green onion - 1/4 c
  • green pepper - 1/4 c
  • cucumber - 1/4 c
  • radishes - 1/4 c

How to make spring garden dip:

Dice all vegetables very fine and mix ingredients. Chill and serve with carrot and celery strips, cauliflower, cucumber and bell pepper strips.
