  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • 1/2 pt - 1 c
  • Cool Whip, thawed - 1 (8
  • fresh strawberries for garnish - 1 item
  • graham cracker crust pie shell - 1 item

How to make spring breeze cheesecake:

Beat cheese until smooth; gradually add and beat sugar in. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Blend well. Pour into crust. Chill at last 4 hours (or until set). Garnish with strawberries if desired.
