Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • macaroni - 1 lb
  • onion, grated - 1 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • carrots, shredded - 4 item
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item

How to make pasta salad:

Cook macaroni; wash and drain. Add vinegar; mix well. Mix remaining ingredients and add to macaroni. Mix well. Chill before serving. May want to try mixture with diced, cooked potatoes for potato salad.
