Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 1/2 c
- plain yogurt or sour cream - 1 c
- finely grated onion - 2 tsp
- finely grated carrot - 1 Tbsp
- finely grated green pepper - 1 tsp
How to make spring garden dip:
In a small mixing bowl beat cottage cheese, grated carrot, grated onion, grated green pepper, salt, garlic salt and dash of pepper. Blend until fairly smooth. Fold in yogurt or sour cream. Dip for chips or raw vegetables.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Spreads.
