Spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- slices bacon - 6 item
- bunch fresh spinach - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms - 5 oz
- lemon - 1/2 item
- bunch radishes - 1 item
- to 3 hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- mayonnaise
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. mayonnaise1/2 c. sour cream1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard Fry bacon until crispy. Drain well on paper towel. Crumble. Rinse spinach. Drain well. Tear spinach into a salad bowl. Clean and slice mushrooms. Cut lemon into thin wedges. Rinse radishes. Slice thinly. Cut eggs into wedges. Add mushrooms, lemon and radishes to spinach. Blend. Garnish salad with egg wedges. Sprinkle with bacon. Combine all ingredients for dressing and serve with salad.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
