Spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- lemon - 1/2 item
- mayonnaise
- fresh mushrooms - 5 oz
- Dijon-style mustard - 1 Tbsp
- slices bacon - 6 item
- to 3 hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- bunch fresh spinach - 1 item
- bunch radishes - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. mayonnaise1/2 c. sour cream1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard Fry bacon and drain well on paper towels. Crumble. Rinse spinach and drain well. Tear it into a salad bowl. Clean and slice mushrooms. Cut lemon into thin wedges. Add mushrooms to spinach along with lemon wedges and radishes. Blend. Garnish salad with egg whites. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
