Spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• water - 1/4 c
• vinegar - 1/2 c
• egg, beaten - 1 item
• slices bacon - 4 item
• red onion, sliced - 1 item
• bacon fat - 1/4 c
• bag cleaned spinach - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dice, fry and drain bacon. Mix bacon fat, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and egg. Bring to boil and cook about 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Cool. Pour over the spinach and onions and toss along with bacon.
