Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- frozen spinach, chopped - 1 pkg
- grated Romano or Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese * - 8 oz
How to make spinach quiche:
Cook and cool spinach according to package directions. Add flour to grated cheese. Cook pie shells 10 to 12 minutes. Watch to prevent burning. Combine milk, eggs, spinach, salt and pepper. Add cheese. Put in 2 pastry shells and bake at 350° for 5Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
