Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust, baked
How to make cheese cake:
In medium glass bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Cook on Medium 3 1/2 to 4 minutes; stir twice. Pour cheese mixture into pie crust. Cook at Medium-low for 7 to 8 minutes or until center is almost set. Chill at least 3 hours or overnight.For Fruit-Topped Cheese Cake: Top chilled pie with canned fruit pie filling.
