Spinach quiche
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- canned milk - 1/4 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- deep dish pie crust, baked - 1 item
How to make spinach quiche:
Layer 1/2 spinach, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 onion and repeat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over spinach. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes; reduce to 325° for 20 to 25 minutes longer. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and nutmeg.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
