Spinach quiche

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• chopped onion - 1/3 c
• Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
• eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
• canned milk - 1/4 c
• shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
• deep dish pie crust, baked - 1 item

How to make spinach quiche:

Layer 1/2 spinach, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 onion and repeat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over spinach. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes; reduce to 325° for 20 to 25 minutes longer. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and nutmeg.
