Spinach lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- oregano - 3/4 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- lasagna noodles - 1 oz
- 32 oz jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- 10 oz frozed spinach thawed - 1 item
How to make spinach lasagna:
Drain spinach, mix together cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Layer sauce, then noodles and repeat until all sauce and noodles are used. Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese on top. Pour the 1/4 c. of water around edge and cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes and serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
