Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 lb
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- frozen spinach, thawed and drained - 7 oz
- vegetable soup mix - 1 oz
- coarsely chopped water chestnuts - 5 oz
- 1/2 scallions, finely diced - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
Squeeze spinach in a towel until dry. Combine soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and spinach; blend well. Add water chestnuts and scallions; mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with vegetable tray or crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
