Ingredients/Components
- frozen spinach - 2 pkg
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- sour cream - 2 c
- water chestnuts, chopped - 1 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Knorr vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw and drain spinach. Use paper towels to blot extra liquid. Spinach must be very dry. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. Let stand 12 hours before serving. Good with vegetables or thick crusty bread.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
