Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • can water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 1 oz
  • envelope vegetable soup mix - 1 oz
  • fat free salad dressing - 1/2 c
  • carton nonfat sour cream, alternative - 1 oz

How to make spinach dip:

Drain spinach on paper towels. Combine spinach, water chestnuts and remaining ingredients; cover and chill. Garnish, if desired, with celery leaves and pimento strips, and serve with assorted fresh vegetables. Yield: 3 cups.
