Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- can water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 1 oz
- envelope vegetable soup mix - 1 oz
- fat free salad dressing - 1/2 c
- carton nonfat sour cream, alternative - 1 oz
How to make spinach dip:
Drain spinach on paper towels. Combine spinach, water chestnuts and remaining ingredients; cover and chill. Garnish, if desired, with celery leaves and pimento strips, and serve with assorted fresh vegetables. Yield: 3 cups.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
