Spinach custard
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 tsp
- spinach, drained or 1 pkg
How to make spinach custard:
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with buttered cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake for at least an additional 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Spinach.
