Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • m - 1 tsp
  • can French fried onions - 1 oz
  • zucchini squash, cut in 1/4-inch cubes

How to make zucchini bake:

Place zucchini cubes and butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover and cook 5 minutes on High in microwave. Stir in cheese, seasonings and eggs. Top with crumbled French fried onions. Cook at Medium/defrost for 5 minutes, give 1/2 turn and cook 5 more minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
