Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- poppy seed - 1 tsp
- sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 c
- tomato puree - 1 c
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- spinach leaves, washed and dried - 4 c
How to make spinach and mushroom salad:
In medium bowl, combine tomato puree, horseradish, poppy seed, lemon juice and salt. Mix well by hand with wooden spoon. Add sliced fresh mushrooms and marinate for 1 hour.
