Spicy potato soup
Ingredients/Components

- water - 4 c
- pepper
- ground beef - 1 lb
- hot pepper sauce - 1/2 1
- small onion - 1 item
- c - 3 oz
- cubed peeled potatoes 1/2-inch cubes - 4 c
How to make spicy potato soup:
Brown beef in Dutch oven or large kettle. Drain. Add potatoes, onion and tomato sauce. Stir in water, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until soup has thickened. Makes 2 quarts or 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Soups & stews, Main dish.
