Spicy meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
- jar currant jelly - 1 oz
- bottles catsup - 2 oz
How to make spicy meatballs:
Mix hamburger meat, onion soup, egg, bread crumbs and form into bite-sized meatballs. Bake at 350° for 17 minutes. Place on a cookie sheet for baking, they do not need to be turned.Mix in saucepan catsup and currant jelly and simmer for 30 minutes. Mix sauce and meatballs together. Serve warm.
