- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 tsp
- ground red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- ketchup - 2 Tbsp
- dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
- dried basil - 1/2 tsp
- can beer - 1 oz
- thinly sliced deli roast beef - 1 lb
- hoagie rolls with sesame seeds, cut lengthwise - 6 item
How to make spicy bistro steak subs:
Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and next 6 ingredients (roast beef through beer) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Place drained roast beef on buttered and toasted hoagie buns.
