Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion - 3/4 c
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- small cans tomato paste - 2 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
In a heavy saucepan brown the tomato paste in the cooking oil. When tomato paste begins to brown, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Continue to cook until onion is transparent.
