Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 8 Tbsp
- salt
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- dried oregano - 1 tsp
- bay leaves - 2 item
- dried parsley - 1 tsp
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sweet basil - 1 tsp
- family size Contadina tomato paste - 4 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Mix 3 cans of water to each can tomato paste. First put a little olive oil in a large pan. Then add a little chopped garlic and onion. Fry this and then add the tomato paste. Mix with water. Let this come to a boil. Add baking soda and then the other ingredients.Cook 4 to 6 hours on low until sauce thickens. Stir occasionally.
