Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 3 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped ham - 3 4
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- cheese croutons - 3 c
- each: dry mustard and onion salt
How to make ham and cheese quiche:
Line bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan with croutons. Sprinkle with ham and cheese. Beat eggs, milk and spices together in bowl. Pour over meat and cheese. Refrigerate for several hours. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Main dish.
