Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • diced onion - 1/2 c
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • spaghetti - 1 item
  • bell pepper - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar to taste - 1 item
  • ground chuck - 2 lb
  • 1/2 cans tomato paste - 1 item

How to make spaghetti and meat sauce:

Brown onion and bell pepper in oil. Add meat and brown. Drain well. Add tomato paste, water, dry mustard, sugar and garlic. Season to taste. Simmer 1 to 2 hours. The longer it simmers, the better it is. Boil spaghetti and serve with meat sauce.
