Spaghetti and meat sauce
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- spaghetti sauce - 1 pt
- small onion - 1 item
- dry parsley - 1 tsp
- dry spaghetti - 1/3 lb
- Gravy Master - 1 Tbsp
- rib celery - 1/2 item
- fresh pepper - 1/2 item
- dry oregano - 1 tsp
- pack dry spaghetti sauce mix - 1/3 item
- dry Italian spices - 1 tsp
How to make spaghetti and meat sauce:
Cook spaghetti to al dente. In large skillet, brown beef; add chopped celery, pepper and onion. Stir until they are soft. Add cornstarch and dry sauce mix and stir to blend well. Add other ingredients, stirring constantly. Turn heat to low. Add cooked spaghetti; stir. Cover and let flavors blend. Turn off heat. Let sit 5 minutes and serve with grated cheese and hot peppers.
