Ingredients/Components

  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • white wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
  • to 2 cloves garlic - 1 item
  • fresh spinach - 10 oz
  • corkscrew macaroni - 8 oz
  • diced green chili peppers - 4 oz
  • ham or hard salami - 8 oz
  • Kraft light salad dressing

How to make pasta salad:

Dressing:1 c. Kraft light salad dressing1/4 c. white wine vinegar1 to 2 cloves garlic1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese1/4 tsp. ground cloves Cook macaroni according to package directions. Cube cheese and meat. Mix dressing ingredients with a whisk. Toss with meat, cheese and peppers. Serve with spinach leaves and top with fresh ground pepper.
