Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 9 item
- milk
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
- pepper - 3/8 tsp
- 6 oz
- green onions, ham or any omelet ingredient desired optional - 1 item
- Add flour, salt and pepper; cover and process until smooth
How to make baked omelet roll:
Place eggs and milk in a blender. Add flour, salt and pepper; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a well-greased 15 x 11 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese and optional ingredients. If desired, return to oven until cheese melts. Roll up omelet in pan, starting with a short side.
