Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 c
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- cans cream of chicken - 2 item
- tortillas - 1 doz
- green onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- cans diced chilies - 2 item
- carton sour cream large - 1 item
How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Soften tortillas in hot oil. Spoon onto tortilla 2 tablespoons of the mixture and place on greased casserole pan (all of the ingredients can be mixed together). The mixture that is left after filling the tortillas is poured over the top of the casserole to cover the entire surface.
