  • flour - 5 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • light brown sugar - 2 c
  • 10x sugar
  • 2 c - 1 pt
  • scalded milk - 1 Tbsp
  • Baking Time: 7 to 8 minutes

How to make sour cream cookies:

Baking Temperature: 400°. Baking Time: 7 to 8 minutes. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Drop by teaspoon
