Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- shortening - 1 Tbsp
How to make fruit cobbler:
Mix batter like pancake dough. Melt 1/2 stick butter in baking pan. Pour mixed batter into pan. Spoon fruit of you choice on top of batter. As it bakes, crust rises to the top. Bake at 425°. It is done when it's a golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cobblers and crisps.
