- chocolate chips - 1 c
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- chocolate wafer crumbs - 1 c
- chopped creme de menthe candy - 1/2 c
How to make mint chocolate cheesecake:
Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened2/3 c. sugar3 eggs1 c. chocolate chips1/2 c. chopped creme de menthe candy1/2 c. sour cream1 tsp. vanilla For crust: Heat oven to 350°. Mix crumbs and butter; press into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake for 10 minutes.For filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate, mint candy wafers, sour cream and vanilla; pour into crust. Bake 50 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim. Refrigerate. Garnish with additional mint candy wafers.
