Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- raisins - 1 c
- nuts optional - 1 item
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- oats - 3 c
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 2 item
How to make soft oatmeal cookies:
Cream first 5 ingredients until fluffy; gradually add dry, then oats and raisins. Preheat oven to 375°. Drop by large tablespoon; press down with fingers. Bake 9 minutes. Let cool on rack a few minutes before removing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
