  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • nuts - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • oats - 3 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Heat oven to 375°. Beat together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour and spices. Add to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats, nuts and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased cook
