Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- hot water
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- box lemon jello - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk, whipped - 1 item
- vanilla wafers or gingersnap crumbs
How to make snow pudding:
Chill evaporated milk. Mix hot water with jello. Whip after partially jelled. Mix lemon juice and sugar with whipped jello. Fold whipped milk into gelatin.Line bottom of 8-inch square pan with vanilla wafers or gingersnap crumbs. Add jello mixture. Sprinkle a little crumbs on top. Chill at least 12 hours.
