Ingredients/Components

  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • ketchup - 1/4 c
  • or 5 chicken breasts, cut in small pieces - 4 item
  • chopped onion more if you like - 1/2 item
  • bell pepper, chopped more if you like - 1/2 item
  • jar "La Choy" sweet and sour sauce red; important - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Saut?© onions, pepper and chicken in margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Serve over rice. Delicious!

(I like Success rice; cook in microwave.)
