Shrimp stir-fry
Ingredients/Components
- celery - 1 item
- zucchini squash - 1 item
- green and red peppers - 1 item
- Polska kielbasa - 1 lb
- frozen shrimp small size
- onion preferably "spring" - 1 item
How to make shrimp stir-fry:
In a large pan for stir-frying (or wok) place the kielbasa, sliced thinly. Add the shrimp. Cut both peppers into strips. Chop the celery, onion and zucchini (with skin) and combine all vegetables with meats already in pan. Stir-fry until wanted consistency. Serve over rice with garlic bread.Fresh squash can be substituted with the canned zucchini in red sauce for a "tomato taste."
