Pineapple casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- cans pineapple chunks, drained - 2 item
- sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 item
- freshly grated cheese
How to make pineapple casserole:
Place pineapple in a well-greased rectangular glass pan. Mix flour, sugar and cheese in a separate bowl. Sprinkle mixture on top of pineapple. Crumble Ritz crackers on top of everything. Pour melted butter on top of that. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.No substitutions for butter, freshly grated cheese or Ritz crackers.
