  • sugar
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • cans pineapple chunks, drained - 2 item
  • sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • freshly grated cheese

How to make pineapple casserole:

Place pineapple in a well-greased rectangular glass pan. Mix flour, sugar and cheese in a separate bowl. Sprinkle mixture on top of pineapple. Crumble Ritz crackers on top of everything. Pour melted butter on top of that. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.

No substitutions for butter, freshly grated cheese or Ritz crackers.
