Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 16 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- corn flakes - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- bag Ore Ida southern hash browns - 1 lb
How to make potato bake:
Mix all ingredients well. Spread mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Crumble corn flakes and sprinkle on top. Melt butter and pour over mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
