Shrimp mousse
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- Knox gelatine
- celery, finely chopped - 1 c
- small cans small shrimp - 4 item
How to make shrimp mousse:
Heat soup. Add salt and gelatin, which has been dissolved in water. Add cream cheese which has been beaten beforehand. Cool.Add mayonnaise, celery and onions. Add the cans of shrimp after they have been drained and chopped in blender. Put in a large fish mold or bowl. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
