Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
- oregano and Worcestershire sauce to taste - 1 item
- loaves cocktail rye - 3 item
How to make cocktail rye rounds:
Brown pork and beef separately. Mix together with cheese in pan until cheese melts. Add oregano and Worcestershire sauce. Spread on rye and freeze immediately.Cook frozen at 400° for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
