Ingredients/Components

  • cans button mushrooms - 2 item
  • can water chestnuts, halved - 1 item
  • cans artichoke hearts, halved - 2 item
  • carrots, cooked crisp - 1 lb
  • jar mild cherry peppers - 1 item
  • salami, sliced and quartered - 1/4 lb
  • small jar big green olives - 1 item
  • medium size pitted ripe olives - 1 item
  • Provolone cheese, sliced and quartered - 1/4 lb
  • or 2 bottles Pfeifer Caesar salad dressing - 1 item

How to make antipasta:

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 12 to 24 hours before serving. Ingredients and quantities can be varied, depending on your own preferences.
