Shrimp mousse
Ingredients/Components
- can tomato soup, diluted - 1 item
- pkg - 3 oz
- plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 cup water - 2 Tbsp
- cup mayonnaise - 1 item
- 1/2 to 2 cups chopped celery - 1 item
- cup chopped green pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can shrimp - 1 oz
How to make shrimp mousse:
Bring soup to boil. Add cream cheese. Cook until melted. Add gelatin and cool in refrigerator. Add other ingredients and pour into lightly oiled pan. Refrigerate until firm. Can double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Shrimp.
