Cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1/3 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
- shortening or less to grease cookie sheet - 1/4 c
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix first 9 ingredients gently and shape into 1-inch balls. Put raw vegetables on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° until brown; turn once.Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
