Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • cold water - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • unflavored gelatin - 1 pkg
  • cans small shrimp - 2 item

How to make shrimp mold:

Heat soup to boiling. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add the soup. Mix cheese with mayo and add to soup by mixing with mixer. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased mold* with mayo. Refrigerate; unmold and serve on bed of lettuce with Ritz crackers.

*Note: Will fit in Tupperware mold. Serves 20 to 30.
