Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped celery - 3/4 c
  • chopped onions - 3/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • envelope plain gelatin - 1 item
  • cans small shrimp, chopped - 2 item

How to make shrimp mold:

Mix gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water; set aside. Blend cream cheese and tomato soup over low heat until smooth (use wire whisk). Add celery, onions, mayonnaise and gelatin to chopped shrimp; blend with rubber spatula. Pour into large mold. Make at least 1 to 2 days ahead. Serves 15 to 20.
