Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- chopped onions - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- envelope plain gelatin - 1 item
- cans small shrimp, chopped - 2 item
How to make shrimp mold:
Mix gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water; set aside. Blend cream cheese and tomato soup over low heat until smooth (use wire whisk). Add celery, onions, mayonnaise and gelatin to chopped shrimp; blend with rubber spatula. Pour into large mold. Make at least 1 to 2 days ahead.
