Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small cans tiny shrimp - 3 item
How to make shrimp mold:
Soften cream cheese in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise, celery and onion. Blend well. Dilute gelatin in pan with undiluted tomato soup. Bring to a boil. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Add shrimp. Grease mold with mayonnaise. Pour in mixture. Chill until set, preferably overnight. Serve on wheat crackers.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
