Ingredients/Components

  • gelatin - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 3/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • sherry - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • 4 c - 1 lb
  • liquid - 3/4 c

How to make shrimp mold:

Cook shrimp in butter and sherry; save liquid (about 3/4 cup). Dissolve gelatin and microwave. Beat cream cheese until softened and add gelatin. Add remaining ingredients, chopped in food processor. Pour into mold, sprayed with Pam. Chill 1 hour. Serves 25.
