Crispy baked fish
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- corn oil - 2 Tbsp
- fish fillets - 1 lb
- cornflake crumbs - 1 c
How to make crispy baked fish:
Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving size pieces. Pour lemon juice in a shallow bowl. Add fish and let sit in juice 10 to 15 minutes.Preheat oven to 475°. Drain fish and season with salt and pepper. Dip in oil and coat with cornflake crumbs. Arrange in one layer in a lightly oiled baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning. Serves 4.
